Hisse Senedi Fiyatını Etkileyen İşletme Düzeyindeki Faktörler: Bist Kobi/ Sanayi Endeksinde Yer Alan İşletmeler Üzerine Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, hisse senedine yatırım yapan bireylerin kararlarını etkileyen en etkili faktör olduğu kabul edilen hisse senedi fiyatını etkileyen, işletme düzeyindeki faktörlerin neler olduğunun tespit edilmesi için BIST/KOBİ sanayi endeksinde yer alan işletmeler üzerine panel regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda çalışmada, 2013 – 2016 dönemleri arasında BİST Kobi/Sanayi Endeksinde işlem gören şirketlerin hisse senedi fiyatları bağımlı değişken, kaldıraç oranı, karlılık oranları; likidite oranları, faaliyet oranları ise bağımsız değişkenler olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışma verileri kamu aydınlatma platformundan elde edilmiştir. Panel regresyon analiz sonuçlarına göre alacak devir hızının, Cari oranın, Hisse başına karın, kısa vadeli yükümlülüklerin ve PD/DD bağımsız değişkenlerinin Hisse Senedi Fiyatı bağımlı değişkeni üzerinde anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
