Kültürel Zeka ve İzlenim Yönetimi Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi Örnek Olay: Selçuk Üniversitesi Yabancı Öğrencileri

Abstract

Farklı kültürel birikimlerden gelen insanlar arasında sürekli olarak artan etkileşim, kültürel değerleri ve farklılıkları anlamamızı mecbur etmiştir. Ayrıca, başkalarının algı ve yargılarına sürekli dikkat ederek onları ilgilendiren bireyler, etkileşim içinde olan veya başkalarıyla ilişkileri sürdürmekle ilgilenen izlenim yönetimi hünerini kullanmadan sorunlarla karşı karşıya kalabilirler. Bu nedenle, bu çalışmada, Selçuk Üniversitesi'nden yabancı öğrencilerin kültürel zeka ve izlenim yönetimi arasındaki ilişki araştırılmaktadır. Araştırmanın ihtiyaç duyulan verileri kültürel zeka ve izlenim yönetimi anketleri ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS programında Pearson Korelasyon, Lineer Regresyon kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, kültürel zeka ile izlenim yönetimi arasındaki anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir.
