Sosyal İnovasyon Kavramı

Abstract

Son yıllarda toplumun genelinin inovasyon faaliyetleri içerisinde yer alma eğilimi göstermesi ve ortak sorunlarının çözümünde sosyal yenilik konusunda çalışmalara ağırlık verdiği görülmektedir. Bu durum sosyal inovasyon kavramının bireyler, işletmeler ve toplum açısından taşıdığı öneme vurgu yapmaktadır. Karmaşık sosyal problemleri ortadan kaldırmak için tek bir çözümün olamayacağı ve yenilikçi bir yaklaşım kullanmak gerektiği artık kabul edilmekte ve sosyal inovasyon olgusunun önemi anlaşılmaya başlamaktadır (Conger, 2009, Halaç, Eren ve Bulut, 2014, Maiolini ve ark., 2016). Bu çalışma geçmişten günümüze sosyal inovasyon kavramının gelişimini anlatan geniş bir literatür taraması özelliği gösterir.
