Ahıska Türklerinin Vatana Dönüşleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma: Kazakistan Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Kazakistan’a sürgün edilen Ahıska Türklerini ele alacağından burada yaşayan Ahıska Türklerinin ata topraklarına dönüş isteğinin zamanla azalmasının ve Kazakistan’ı yeni vatan olarak kabul etmelerinin nedenlerini inceleyecektir. Çalışmanın temel hipotezi, 1944 yılında vatanlarından sürgün edilen ve Kazakistan’a yerleştirilen Ahıska Türklerinin Kazakistan’da yaşayan her milletin farklılıklarının dikkate alınması, Ahıskalıların Kazak toplumuyla ileri düzeyde kaynaşması, ekonomik durumlarının iyi olması ve bu ülkeyi ata yurtları olarak görmelerinden dolayı Kazakistan’ı vatanları olarak görmeleridir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın kapsamı dar tutularak dünyanın on ülkesinde hayatlarını sürdüren Ahıska Türklerinin tamamı değil sadece Kazakistan’da yaşayan Ahıska Türkleri çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Çalışmada Kazakistan’da bulunan Ahıska Türk Milli Merkezi üzerinden ülkede yaşayan Ahıska Türklerinin kanaat önderleri ve Dünya Ahıska Türkleri Birliği başkanı Ziyatdin İsmihanoğlu Kassanov ile mülakatlar yapılmış ve birincil kaynaklar ilk elden toplanmıştır.
