Türk Siyasi Hayatında Merkez-Çevre İkilemi: Milli Nizam Partisi (MNP) Örneği

Abstract

Merkez-Çevre yaklaşımı Türkiye’de yaşanan siyasal ve sosyal değişimi yapısal dizeyde ve sistematik bir şekilde açıklayabilmek için kullanılan araçlardan birisidir. Bu çerçevede kaleme alınan çalışma iki başlıktan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak Türkiye’de merkez-çevre ilişkisi teorik olarak belirtilmiş, ikinci olarak da Milli Nizam Partisinin (MNP) yer aldığı eksen ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma 1970’ler de ortaya çıkan ve günümüz Türkiye’sinde merkeze yerleşmiş olan muhafazakar “çevre”nin başlangıç partisi MNP’in Türk siyasetindeki görünümünü ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma da yöntem olarak, teorik verilerin yanısıra, dönemin ilgili isimlerinin söylemleri üzerine de yoğunlaşılmış ve MNP’nin çevre ekseninde yer aldığı belirtilmiştir.
