Penerapan Etika Bisnis Pada UMKM Kerupuk Amplang Di Desa Kertasada Kabupaten Sumenep

Abstract

Background: Salah satu UMKM yang bernama UD Matahari terletak di Desa Kertasada, Kalianget, Kota Sumenep adalah industri rumahan yang bergerak di bidang makanan yaitu kerupuk Amplang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis penerapan etika bisnis pada UMKM Kerupuk Amplang di Desa Kertasada. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah pengabdian melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada kekurangan inovasi produk, seperti desain kemasan dan penciptaan rasa, yang menyebabkan produk stagnan di pasar. Hal ini berpotensi membuat konsumen bosan dan menghambat terciptanya nilai tambah bagi produk tersebut. Menghasilkan 40 kg barang kemasan dan dijual dengan harga Rp 10.000 per hari. Kesimpulan: Konsumen bisa mendapatkan bahan baku dari toko-toko terdekat untuk operasi sehari-hari, UMKM ini telah menerapkan pelayanan dengan etika yang baik terhadap konsumen demi kenyamanan konsumen.
