Pelatihan Pembuatan Soal Numerasi Berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) bagi Guru SDN Wonotirto 4

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Berdasarkan hasil Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), hanya 46,67% peserta didik di seluruh Indonesia yang mencapai kompetensi numerasi di atas minimum. Tentu rendahnya kemampuan numerasi peserta didik menjadi salah satu tanggung jawab dari guru. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil AKM di tahun-tahun berikutnya. Metode: The Training Cycle. Enam orang guru mengikuti pelatihan penyusunan soal numerasi di ruang kelas 6 SDN Wonotirto 4. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 hari berturut-turut pada tanggal 17-18 Mei 2024. Hasil: Guru SDN Wonotirto 4 sudah mampu membuat kisi-kisi soal dan menyusun soal numerasi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). Adapun kesulitan yang dihadapi guru yakni dalam merancang soal numerasi yang sejalan dengan capaian pembelajaran dan berlandaskan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi guru SDN Wonotirto 4 karena di wilayah mereka jarang sekali mendapatkan pelatihan numerasi.
