Pemberian Terapi Akupresur Pada Lansia Hipertensi Di Keluarga Dalam Menurunkan Tekanan Darah

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masalah kesehatan yang sering muncul pada lanjut usia (lansia) salah satunya adalah peningkatan tekanan darah atau Hipertensi. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banjar menyatakan bahwa angka kejadian hipertensi pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 15.288 jiwa, dan rata-rata yang menderita hipertensi adalah lansia. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia di keluarga dengan melakukan terapi akupresur. Metode: Metode yang digunakan, yaitu kualitatif dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja UPTD Martapura 2, dengan 30 responden. Hasil: Hasilnya, terdapat penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia di Martapura 2 dengan systole sebesar 16,33 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastole sebesar 3,4 mmHg. Kesimpulan: Memberikan terapi akupresur pada lansia, menimbulkan perasaan rileks dan nyaman sehingga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah.
