Abstract

В статье представлен обзор нормативной базы по развитию и регулированию зеленых кредитов отдельных стран и международный опыт применения зеленых кредитов по видам продуктов, приведен обзор нормативной базы в Казахстане, а также текущей ситуации по зеленым кредитам, изложены факторы, ограничивающие развитие зеленого кредитования в Казахстане, и пути решения задач по зеленому кредитованию. Ключевые слова: зеленые кредиты, зеленое финансирование, ESG, зеленая таксономия.
