Abstract

В рамках данной статьи был проанализирован международный опыт изменения таргета по инфляции, факторов и причин, побудивших органы монетарной политики к пересмотру целевых ориентиров. Также на основе опыта стран, применяющих инфляционное таргетирование, были оценены преимущества и недостатки различных способов формулировки цели по инфляции (точечная цель, диапазон, точечная цель с допустимыми отклонениями). На основе проведенного международного обзора были сформулированы основные выводы и рекомендации, которые в дальнейшем могут быть использованы при принятии решений в области монетарной политики. // In the article the international experience of changing inflation target, factors and reasons that prompted the monetary authorities to revision of targets. Also based on the experience of countries applying inflation targeting, the advantages and disadvantages of various ways of formulating inflation targets (point target, range, point target with deviations). Based on an international review, the main conclusions and recommendations are formulated, which can be further used in making decisions in the field of monetary policy.
