Abstract

На микроуровне готовность сотрудников предприятий работать за определенную заработную плату будет влиять на производительность труда. В то же время дополнительные факторы производства, такие как физический капитал, приобретенные навыки и интеллектуальная собственность, также способствуют повышению производительности труда. Работники, оснащенные большим или лучшим оборудованием, более производительны. Сотрудники, получившие образование или прошедшие профессиональную подготовку, имеют тенденцию быть более эффективными на рабочем месте. Не менее важно то, что государственные решения, принятые в прошлом в отношении обеспечения общественных благ и повышающие производительность, такие как транспортная инфраструктура, образовательные учреждения и стандарты, сети связи и системы здравоохранения, также имеют значение для производительности труда. Эти факторы могут повысить эффективность труда и капитала за счет увеличения общей факторной производительности в экономике.В данной статье рассмотрены основные показатели, которые могут оказать влияние на производительность труда в Казахстане. В работе используется метод панельных данных на основе статистики рынка труда по отраслям экономики за 2000-2019 годы.
