Abstract

Целью исследования является поиск аргументации развития рынка жилой недвижимости Западно-Казахстанской области (далее – ЗКО). Объектом исследования послужил рынок вторичного жилья ЗКО, построенный в посткризисный период. Теоретикометодологической основой исследовательской работы являются научные труды отечественных и зарубежных ученых. В качестве научного инструментария использовались методы системного и статистического анализа, в том числе эконометрическое моделирование с использованием пакета анализа данных в Excel 2010.
