Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу инвестирования активов, а именно их распределения между различными классами финансовых инструментов с учетом меняющейся мировой экономической ситуации. Классические характеристики, такие как доходность и волатильность тех или иных видов инструментов, имеют динамическую природу и меняются в зависимости от стадий экономического цикла и ожиданий инвесторов. Все эти факторы должны находить отражение при определении стратегической и тактической аллокации активов и формировании инвестиционной стратегии.
