Влияние Регуляторных Требований К Капиталу Банков На Их Активность По Кредитованию Экономики

Abstract

Непрекращающиеся дискуссии относительно негативного влияния повышения регуляторных требований к капиталу на экономическую активность в стране в результате снижения кредитования рождают большое количество исследований в данной области. Настоящая статья направлена на выявление взаимосвязи между повышением требований к капиталу казахстанских банков на их активность по кредитованию экономики на базе исследовательской работы Банка Англии. Полученные результаты для казахстанских банков выявили аналогичную, как и для английских банков, отрицательную взаимосвязь между банковским кредитованием и повышением требований к капиталу. Данные результаты позволили определить необходимый для сдерживания чрезмерного роста кредитования в Казахстане размер контрциклического буфера капитала.
