Abstract

Как показывает мировой опыт, в тех случаях, когда государственные ресурсы ограничены, государственно-частное партнерство (далее – ГЧП) может выступать в качестве альтернативы обеспечения финансовой базы при создании, модернизации, содержании и эксплуатации инфраструктурных объектов. Также механизмы ГЧП позволяют повысить качество предоставляемых услуг, повысить эффективность государственного и частного сотрудничества, и ускорить модернизацию инфраструктуры, необходимой для диверсификации экономики.
