Em Busca de uma Nova Taxonomia de Regimes Tecnológicos para a Indústria de Transformação Brasileira

Abstract

O artigo explora as características das atividades inovadoras empreendidas pelas firmas brasileiras sob diferentes regimes tecnológicos. Seguindo as evidências da PINTEC 2005 com a aplicação de análises de agrupamento novos regimes tecnológicos são propostos. Os resultados confirmam a existência de diferenças significativas na dinâmica de inovação das indústrias no Brasil com relação aos esquemas propostos pela literature internacional baseada em evidências de países desenvolvidos. Os grupos encontrados podem ser classificados em duas grandes categorias – Dependentes e Autônomos de tecnologia internacional. Entretanto, ambas categorias são dependents de financiamento público para P&D e outras atividades inovadoras.
