Improving the efficiency of management of the use and protection of forest resources

This article examines the impact of ecological - economic situation in Ukraine for the organization of environmental activities. Determined that the realities of domestic environmental management indicate a lack of stimulating actions of the current system of economic regulators, their inability to induce natural resources for the implementation of environmentally friendly methods of farming. It is proved that a decisive factor in the reorganization of forestry enterprises plays a need to strengthen the competitive relations in the market and products lesosyrya forestry production. Extremely urgent task of regional forest policy is to improve the system of fiscal regulation of forest resources towards stimulating reforestation and afforestation, sales of processed products, not rough pieces, accelerating the introduction of advanced technologies of non-wood materials.
