Analysis Of Priorities For Personnel Policy In The Security Sector Of The Leading Countries Of The World

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the priority directions of personnel policy in the sector of the USA, the UK, Germany and Romania. Defined are the main reasons, which caused the necessity of working out a new model of the state personnel policy in the sphere of security and defense of Ukraine. Examples: assessment of professional personnel of the Armed Forces of great Britain; Germany; personnel management in the implementation of HR policies in the military of the United States; the system of professional training of personnel Romania.
