Theoretical Bases Of Development Of The Draft National Strategy Development Of The State Personnel Policy Security Sector And Defense Of Ukraine

Abstract

The article considers actual issues on development of the draft National development strategy of the state policy of the security sector and defense of Ukraine. Noted that the national strategy specifies priority directions of realization of conceptual ideas and perspectives of development of the state personnel policy of the security sector and defense of Ukraine, determined by the national security Strategy of Ukraine's Strategic defence Bulletin of Ukraine, the Military doctrine of Ukraine. It is proved that the purpose of implementation of the National strategy is the development of the state policy of the security sector and defense of Ukraine, the system of staffing structures of the security sector and defense of Ukraine. It is proved that the development of the state policy of the security sector and defense of Ukraine is a necessity for maintenance of defensibility of the state, protection of its sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability of borders, prevention of internal and external threats.
