Abstract

The article focuses on a new social development paradigm, the new quality of social relations aimed at harmonious and comprehensive development of the personality who will foster appropriate social relations, as well as quality and living environment of the society. Shaping such social paradigm is impossible without a qualitative change in social relations management. The current management paradigm is caused by the introduction of new requirements to performance, structural composition and functioning of enterprises, involving amplification of the structure, complexity and variety of challenges to be addressed.
