Development Of The Eu Legislation On Borders Protection

Abstract

Particularities and the development of the EU legislation on border administration are examined. The want of the EU to improve Schengen legislation appears in attempts to code numerous of existing documents, take away repeats, layers and illegibility of formulations, separate legally binding guidelines from practical recommendations. Schengen borders Code and Visa Code became as the result of such actions.
