Abstract

The purpose of consulting and advisory support, which is provided to public institutions by private companies, is to assist the heads of state government bodies in understanding the problems to be solved, finding efficient ways to solve them and choosing the best solutions. PR is the basis of democratic state management. It guarantees a wellbalanced and equal development of the Ukrainian society, thus, making a considerable contribution to the attainment of prosperity and the European living standards in Ukraine.
