Abstract

The modern states dedicate part of the policy to the questions of providing of own regionalism. From state regionalism, it forced promotion and developments are key to maintaining the identity of the state. By means of making elements of this direction of public policy the balanced and forward development of modern participants of international life is provided. Our research is sanctified to finding out of basic legal reference-points of strategies of regional development, which were accepted and operate in separate post-soviet countries.
