The Equity Of The Financial Allocations In The European Union

Abstract

In order to increase the degree of absorption of the post adherence funds it is recomanded to use some general methods that must be implemented at the level of the decisional structure in our country. Among these one must mention: the clear definition of the list of eligible expenditures and the general rules of eligibility, the reduction of bureaucracy and the numerous formal aspects , the quick promotion of eligibility guides for all the operational programs, the enhancement of the income level among the employees in the public administration sector for the purpose of balancing the cost and advantages related to the jobs involved in the management of structural funds and the loyalization of the employees, the enhancement of the degree of responsability of the local authorities in order to enhance the investments intended for the economical relaunching on a local area and the identification of viable posibilities for co- financing both for the public sector as well as for the privat one.
