Abstract

The article focuses on the features and peculiarities of drafting and concluding international general contractor agreements for construction project implementation on a turnkey basis (EPC/EPCM contracts - Engineering, Procurement and Construction/Management). Given the recent economic developments in Russia, in particular renovation and construction of industrial buildings with the domestic and foreign investments, not least the active participation of Russian foreign trade companies in international projects, especially in friendly countries, the analysis and practices of applying the issues raised in the Topic is very relevant.
