Human capital reproduction and enhancement in EU

Abstract

The article deals with the role of human capital as an integral factor that shapes economic development trajectory in European Union countries (EU). As a proof of the hypothesis the author estimates countries' human capital stock at the present stage of world economic development.Based on the advanced methods of economic and mathematical modeling the author suggests prospective ways and mechanisms for human capital deepening in EU.
