Abstract

Almost two years have passed since the signing of the Russia-China agreement on conjugation within the framework of «The Silk Road Economic Belt». The EAEU-countries and China are seeking ways of convergence, with energy resources and technology sectors being the basis of collaboration. This article highlights a list of energy projects in the EAEU-countries for this century. It proposes the idea, that such activities are able to allow for all-union and national interests, soften competition for Chinese investment, strengthen the energy space and to stimulate international trade. The article also shows the growth of renewable energy and transmission DC networks. These proposals could be included in the energy track of conjugation of the EAEU and The Silk Road Economic Belt.
