Abstract

Countries’ level of participation in GVCs has significant influence on trade and industrial policy measures. The EAEU global value added chains participation strategy is currently under development. That participation might increase national producers’ competitiveness on both local and international markets. Nevertheless, taking into consideration specific features of particular industries, as well as EAEU members’ different economic circumstances and the level of GVCs participation, industry-specific recommendations should be analyzed and articulated.
