International economic legal order

Abstract

The author expounds his views on the situation in the contemporary international economic system and international economic legal order. Two parts of the order - normative and organizational - are highlighted. Special attention is paid to the legal orders in international trade system, international finance system and in the international investment system. As an additional instrument in normative regulation the role of the non-legal norms and of the methods of legal regulation, including methods of the supranational and transnational regulation, is considered. The author uses system analysis, contemporary law and civilization approaches.
