Gasto público en salud: envejecimiento, tecnología, crecimiento y no observables Este documento establece que un modelo sencillo con efectos idiosincráticos por país, basado en ingresos, envejecimiento y una tendencia creciente de costos, posee gran capacidad explicativa del gasto público real por persona. Se extiende el ejercicio a tres niveles regionales: el mundo y regiones, América Latina y Argentina, durante 2000-2015. En este último caso, puede concluirse que el envejecimiento se asocia a los gastos incurridos previo al fallecimiento y una baja relevancia de “Enfermedad de costos” de Baumol
