Vínculos, complejidad y desempeño innovador en Argentina

Abstract

La innovación es reconocida como un proceso interactivo de generación, difusión y aplicación de conocimiento. El trabajo propuesto explora el impacto de los vínculos por distintos objetivos (I+D, diseño e ingeniería industrial, capacitación, entre otros) sobre el desempeño innovador de firmas industriales en Argentina. Los vínculos son agrupados según su grado de complejidad. Se identifican diferencias estadísticamente significativas en el desempeño innovador a favor de las empresas que participan tanto de vínculos de mayor como de menor complejidad. Sin embargo, estas diferencias se explican principalmente por las características propias de las firmas, no así por el impacto diferencial de los vínculos.
