Abstract

The aim of this review paper is to explore the crucial role of inclusive leadership in enhancing organisational culture, innovation, and improving performance in the context of digital industrial revolution. The style of inclusive leadership which emphasises on the value of equity, diversity, and inclusion promotes decision-making processes that involve different perspectives. Key practices are highlighted in this review paper such as diverse recruitment, bias training, and inclusive decision-making, while examining their impact on organisational success. To illustrate the benefits of inclusive leadership, three case studies from diverse industries are used including higher employee engagement, innovation, and sustainable growth. Also practical strategies are offered for leaders with the aim to foster inclusivity and tackle challenges related to technological disparities and unconscious bias.
