Abstract

Network collaborations, mentoring programs, access to computers and instruments and, of course, access to the decentralized resources on the Internet, have enriched education. It is necessary that the university be prepared to use the new technologies that are necessary to motivate students for formal and informal collaborative work. The university should adapt itself to the current necessities of its students as well to their future ones, as professionals, through continued education programs. The designed platform e-learning provides support to teach and learn, test and evaluation, content administration, education monitoring and curricular conception. Classification-JEL: C61, C88, I23
