Abstract

Vu l'augmentation spectaculaire de la complexité et du dynamisme de l'environnement opérationnel des entreprises, le rôle de l'intuition dans la pratique décisionnelle des managers s'est bien accru ces derniers temps. Est-ce que on peut développer un style de décision plus intuitif et plus relationnel chez les étudiants en management dans l'université ? Cet article montre comment peut-on utiliser les jeux d'entreprise pour arriver à cette fin.
