Public Expenditure Analysis In The Light Of Income Distribution. Comparative Analysis

Abstract

This article emphasizes the importance of income distribution, and most important inevestment in education, an old trend but current as it was before. We conducted a comparative analysis between the US and Romania in order to learn strategies applied successfully by specializing in social programs by the government of the most developed country in the world.
