Abstract

Given the recent legislative changes that have removed many offences from the Prevention Law No. 270/2017, we considered it necessary to know what they are. From November 5, 2023, for some offences the warning penalty is no longer applied, so it is important to know what the penalties are in the event of non-compliance with the legal regulations.
