Abstract

The review of the main state measures of development of branch of mineral fertilizers is presented. The analysis of the main objectives of the Strategy of development of the chemical and petrochemical complex of Russia for the period up to 2030 is carried out. the assessment of the risk component for the implementation of state incentives reflected in the Strategy of development of the chemical and petrochemical complex of Russia for the period up to 2030 is carried out.
