Abstract

The state and problems of housing and communal services in Russia have raised serious concerns, and this leads to the need to increase research in the field of identifying and preventing risks and threats that put in the difficult position of livelihoods shitty that carries with it serious social consequences. This determines the importance and relevance ofthe search for effective solutions in the field of security of housing and communal services.
