Problems of risk management in the framework of public-private partnership projects

Abstract

The article presents the results of a sociological survey on risk management in the framework of public-private partnership projects. The organization of risk management; structure of responsibility for risk management; readiness and ability to take risks; quality and quantity of applied methods; legal and/or institutional conditions of risk management are analyzed. It is noted that the least developed risk management at institutional customers. The reasons for this condition are shown. Recommendations on the implementation of project risk management in state and municipal authorities are given.
