Directions of increasing the role of state structures in crisis management by the example of machine-building enterprises

Abstract

The stages of crisis management of a machine-building enterprise with the active participation of the service of crisis management are considered. The functions of the crisis management service with the help of innovations are defined. Formulated proposals for changes in legislation regulating legal relations in case of bankruptcy of enterprises, taking into account the powers submitted to the service for crisis management.
