Abstract

The development of an effective system of remuneration is a topical issue for today’s businesses. One of these trends is grading. But they operate in the Russian context, where there are labor, legal, economic conditions differentfrom the western ones, and the use of grading systems is not always conducive to efficiency of both the system of remuneration and all companies ’ operations in general. The article examines the practice of the most famous grading systems in Russian companies and distinguishes the features of their application, taking into account the Russian reality.
