Development of methodological tools to build a portfolio of innovation dominant company on the basis of an evaluation of promising innovative semis

Abstract

The paper developed an approach to the evaluation of promising innovative semifinished products by conducting innovative filtration semis at different stages ofvalue chain innovation and evolutionary modeling, which allows to determine the compliance of innovative ideas development strategy. Promising innovations is a sufficient conditionfor classifying it in a portfolio company of innovation. A prerequisite is the willingness of the company in terms of the implementation of the further development of innovative polufabrikatat. In this regard, article formalized methodological tools for assessing the readiness of the company to implement the innovation by the method of stress testing and the determination of the elasticity of resource supply.
