Abstract

The 58th edition of the Agroalimentaria Journal (Vol. 30, No. 58, January-June 2024) is published on the eve of its 35th anniversary of uninterrupted publication (in 2025), thanks to the support of two authors, reviewers, external reviewers, the Repository Institutional of the Universidad de Los Andes SABER-ULA and the Editorial Board. This issue includes eight articles from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela. In addition, the REVIEWS AND MISCELLANEOUS section also includes three reviews: first of all, of the «The state of food security and nutrition in the world 2023» (an e-book published by FAO in 2023); secondly, a review corresponding to the issue 46 of the Revista Economía Agraria y Recursos Naturales-EARN of Spain (Vol. 23, No. 2, July-December 2023); and, finally, a review concerning the issue 53 of the Mexican Agribusiness Journal (Revista Mexicana de Agronegocios, Year XXVII, Vol. 53, July-December 2023). ------ El número 58 de la Revista Agroalimentaria (Vol. 30, No. 58, enero-junio 2024) se publica en las puertas de su 35º Aniversario de publicación ininterrumpida (en el año 2025), gracias al apoyo de los autores, árbitros, evaluadores externos, del Repositorio Institucional de la Universidad de Los Andes SABER-ULA y del equipo editorial. Este número incluye ocho artículos provenientes de Argentina, Brasil, Colombia, Cuba, México, Perú y Venezuela. En la sección de RESEÑAS Y MISCELÁNEOS incluye tres reseñas: una, del libro «El estado de la seguridad alimentaria y la nutrición en el mundo» (un e-book publicado por la FAO en 2023); otra, del número 46 de la Revista Economía Agraria y Recursos Naturales-EARN de España (Vol. 23, No. 2, julio-diciembre 2023); y la última, del número 53 de la Revista Mexicana de Agronegocios (Año XXVII, Vol. 53, julio-diciembre 2023).
