Abstract

In this work we have revised the relationship between the availability of data and valuation methods, and we propose a new valuation method based in multicriteria analysis, easy to use in case we have a reduced number of data and it allows to solve the elecion of a final or definitive value in a rigorous way when we have different possible values coming from different explanatory variables. The proposed method is the Diakoulaki method, which allows to obtain and unique final data from different values calculated witht he ratios from different explanatory variables, the data finally obtained is function of all the variables and the weighting of them.
