El entramado de empresas almerienses de economía social dedicadas a la comercialización agraria: descripción, problemas generales y perspectivas de competitividad

Abstract

En la actualidad existe una clara divergencia entre la demanda y la oferta hortofruticola. Mientras que la primera ha experimentado una gran concentración, la segunda no ha sabido adaptarse a ese proceso. Esto ha originado la pérdida de poder de la oferta respecto a la demanda. El objetivo de este artículo es estudiar el presente y perspectivas futuras de las empresas hortofrutícolas de economía social, tomando como referencia Almería. Esta provincia es la principal exportadora de productos hortofrutícolas extratempranos de España...At present there is an important divergency between the supply and demand horticultural. While the first has experimented a large concentration, the second don´t know accommodation this process. The consequence has been to less of power the supply respect demand. The object of the present article is studied the prenet and future of Almeria horticultural firms. The province is the most important export of horticultural of Spain.
