Valoración de tractores agrícolas mediante métodos econométricos. Su aplicación en España e Italia

El presente artículo ofrece un amplia panorámica de la metodología de valoración de maquinaria agrícola nueva y usada, así como una revisión bibliográfica de los estudios realizados hasta el momento. Así mismo, se aplican los métodos econométricos para obtener modelos que estimen, en el momento actual, el valor de la maquinaria. Por una parte, se determinan las características que definen su valor, en el caso de la maquinaria nueva, y sus relaciones con el valor de mercado comparándolas con las obtenidas en momentos de tiempos anteriores, y, por otra, se estudia la depreciación de la maquinaria usada y su evolución con el tiempo para los casos de España e Italia. Se demuestra que la potencia explica el 91,5 por ciento del valor de los tractores, que la obsolescencia es mayor en los tractores grandes y en las mejores marcas y que la vida útil de los tractores en España es casi el doble que en Italia...The present article offers a review of the methodology of valuation of new and used agricultural machinery, as well as a bilbiographical revision of the studies made until the moment. Also, it applies the econometric methods to obtain models that they consider, in the current moment, the machinery value. On the one hand, it determines the characteristics that define their value, in the case of new machinery, and its relations with the market value comparing them with the obtained ones at previous moments of time, and, by another one, it studies the depreciation of the used machinery and its evolution in the time in Spain and Italy. It is demonstrated that the power explains 91,5 per cent of the tractors value, and that the obsolescence is bigger in the big tractors and in the best marks and that the life utility gives the tractors in Spain it is almost twice as much that in Italy.
