La extensión de la reserva relativa de ley y la regulación de la cotización: la suficiencia de las Leyes de Presupuestos Generales...The article justifies the legal sufficiency of the Special Social Security Agricultural Policy taxation rules over the different legal condition between the social tax and the public finance tax’.
