Abstract

Economic globalization process as the most noticeable characteristic of World economy is direct connected with increasing role of global organization in planetary proportion. Global organizations are dominating to global markets of goods, services and capital. A certain number of economic analyst argue that on World economic scene, instead of Smith invisible hand, exists visible hand of global organizations. Global organizations are advocate of organization activities on creation of favorable conditions, motivations and stimulations for knowledge improvements. These organizations in global business framework and information flows own knowledge embodied in new products and processes often exchanging and estimating with other actors on global markets.
