Models of Supervision of Private Pension Insurance Operation

Abstract

The process of supervision over the operation of private pension insurance is a complex function carried out by regulatory bodies that have authority to oversee the management of private pension funds and are institutionalized in the form of one or more supervision agency. Implementation of the functions of supervision depends on the administrative organization of states, characteristic of the pension insurance and others. There are three supervision models: specialized supervision, partly integrated supervision, an integrated supervision
