Regional Cooperation in Function of Improving Competitiveness in West Balkan's Countries

Abstract

Small predictability of turbulence in the modern environment and the impossibility of knowledge of their nature before they happen force economic entities on "forced" cooperation. However, cooperation was she "forced" or not has its limitations and shortcomings. The root of these deficiencies in the structure of different business entities. Well, for some subjects of economic cooperation means only small adjustments, and for some business entities whole set of organizational and business changes. What is the recommended practice of cooperation at the regional level can be very effective if guided by a valid regional regulations. Cooperation at the global, regional, national and local level has always been guided by the motive to cooperate with those who are in a better position than before the co-operation. Achieve better business position in the world market today means to be competitive. Therefore competitiveness of one of the main motives of co-operation of business entities in modern economies.
